I flew with Scoot recently the seat comfort felt average to me. It wasn’t awful or anything, but after a few hours I definitely started to notice it. The legroom also felt a bit tight, and I’m not even that tall, so I’m guessing others might feel the same? For a short flight, it’s totally manageable, but I don’t think I’d be too keen on doing a longer trip in those seats. Overall it was okay, just not especially comfortable...

Got on and it was cleaner than I expected. The seat and tray table looked wiped down, and the cabin had a fresh smell too. I was happy with that whole thing

Scoot’s route network is decent if you’re flying around Asia, especially out of Singapore. I’ve found some good options to places like Bangkok, Taipei, and even Australia, so uh, it can definitely be useful depending on where you’re headed.

The only thing is, not every destination is direct, and some of the flight times can be a bit awkward. For smaller cities, the choices are also limited, so it works when the route lines up, but I still usually end up comparing with other airlines.

I don’t usually love doing online check-in stuff because there’s always some random form or button that makes it more annoying than it needs to be, so I was kind of expecting the same with Flyscoot.com. There was one moment where a section took a while to refresh, and I wasn’t totally sure if my info had saved, so I went back to double-check. Turns out it was all there. The boarding pass came through by email quickly too. So yeah, not flawless, but overall the check-in was easier than I thought it would be

For a budget airline, it was okay overall, but I really wish they communicated better when delays happen

i flew with Scoot last week and had a good experience. the cabin crew were really friendly, smiled a lot, helped me with my bag, and even checked in on me during the flight. one crew member was super patient when i was asking about the food and drinks, which i appreciated. nothing felt rushed or rude at all. for a budget airline, the cabin service was better than i expected, and i’d definitely fly with them again.

The flight itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. The food was basic though, and the portion felt a bit small. There also weren’t many amenities unless you’re willing to pay extra. Anyway, for a short trip it’s not bad, just don’t go in expecting too much.
